It is a case of distraction osteogenesis of a female patient on Mandible. The surgeon planned to place the distractors on the mandible. In this case, the digital surgical planning app ENHANCE was used for the osteotomy (resection cuts) planning.  Mandibular distracters are used on both the left and right sides of the patient’s mandible. Surgeons annotated points and outlines, and based on the annotation, our operation engineers digitally cut the mandible between the 2nd premolar and 1st molar tooth (Tooth No. 5 & Tooth No. 6) which is shown by constructing the resection plane. An ABS-based 3D-printed model was used as a guide. Using the pre-processing app Medviewer, 741 total images are collected, and 361 images are processed.
