A 58-year-old male ameloblastoma patient, where the surgeon has done virtual surgical planning with surgical resection and reconstruction with free fibula osteocutaneous flap. The pre-processing app MedViewer has been used to select the right set of images for analyses, and the 3D computer models of the mandible and tumour are generated using the image analyses app SCIPP. The surgeon annotated fibula segment lines for the mandible on the digital surgical planning app ENHANCE, based on the annotations, Steroviz operation engineers resected the deformity area from the mandible and helped to plan for fibula cuts with respect mirror mandible. The mirror 3D printed ABS mandible model has been used to help in banding the standard recon plate and successfully it has been placed into the patient.
