Bonus
- Upto 10% of annual fixed salary, paid annually (based on annual performance)
- Sales Commission: 3% of revenue.
- Responsible & accountable for market research, customer marketing, B2B marketing.
- Responsible for market penetration and marketing activities of the company.
- Responsible for digital marketing activities
- Responsible and accountable for hitting quarterly/annual sales target
- Collaborate with senior leadership in strateguc planning, roadmap development and market growth initiatives.
- Responsible for providing on-site customer support, as needed.
- Regularly report status and progress on marketing and sales activities to senior leadership.
